Bajaj Pulsar Summoned By Bhubaneswar RTO

A complaint is raised against Bajaj by Bhubaneswar RTO regarding the new Bajaj Pulsar 125cc and 150cc for the invisible front number plate. The owner is penalized for the number plate not being visible as it gets hidden under the headlight, which seems to be a manufacturing defect. Hindering the law of motor vehicle as per the Motor Vehicle rules:-

Bhubaneswar RTO also says Bajaj should be penalized for the invisible number plate as per the norms of RTO and they also demand such bikes to be stopped from being sold in the market till the company changes the position of the number plate.

Due to the misplaced number plate in such motorbikes, an incident or crime done with such vehicle cannot be caught in CCTV at traffic posts says Dr. Siba Sundar Swain (president), Odisha JHRC.

Bhubaneswar RTO also asks a question about the penalty of the defective manufactory to the Regional Transport Officers.
