Harley-Davidson The X 440 roadster, India’s most cost-effective motorbike, has been officially unveiled for our market.
The Indian division of the American two-wheeler maker has provided a close-up look at the production-ready motorcycle.
The X 440 was notable for being designed and produced wholly in India with the intention of luring new riders into the dwindling Harley-Davidson group.
According to the deal between the two manufacturers, Hero will handle the Indian sales and after-sales for Harley-Davidson while also producing high-end motorcycles.
The new Harley-Davidson will be introduced in India on July 4, 2023, at Hero’s technical hub in Jaipur.
When it debuts, the new model will face competition from models like the Honda H’ness CB350 and the Royal Enfield Classic 350.
The new X 440 is therefore expected to cost between Rs 2.50 lakh and Rs 3.0 lakh.
