QJMotor Sai 350 Could Be A TVS Apache RR 310 Rival

QJMotor Sai 350 Could Be A TVS Apache RR 310 Rival

The Sai 350 motorbike was recently unveiled by QJMotor at the 2021 Beijing Motor Show, and now the production-spec version of the motorcycle is making its way to dealerships in its home nation. The QJMotor Sai 350, according to the photographs that have appeared online, has a real big-bike appeal, similar to the Benelli 302R. The designers at QJMotor deserve all of the praise for coming up with such a unique design that looks so good! While other Chinese bikemakers are busy duplicating designs from other manufacturers, QJMotor is certain that the Chinese car sector is not demonized any longer.

The motorcycle’s front end is particularly stunning, and it appears to be influenced by the BMW S1000RR. Mind you, I said inspired, not copied! A short visor and a vertical LED strip between the twin-pod LED headlights to complete the look.

The motorcycle’s side profile appears to be somewhat busy, but not excessively so. The fairing is divided into upper and lower sections by the contrasting body panels. The tail lamp design is elegant, with aerodynamic vents on both sides, and it immediately reminds you of the R15 V3. The motorcycle’s overall appearance is aggressive enough to appeal to young customers, while its aggressive riding stance, aided by a clip-on handlebar and rear-set footpegs, will also appeal to energetic riders.

The QJMotor Sai 350 is powered by a 353cc twin-cylinder engine that produces 37.5PS and 31Nm. To put things in perspective, this is just approximately 3PS and 4Nm more than the single-cylinder TVS Apache RR 310. It also lacks the ride modes that come standard on the Apache RR 310.

QJMotor is fully aware that in order to compete in such a crowded market, it will need to provide new features to its products. All-LED lighting, a chunky USD fork, adjustable levers, backlit switchgear, a hazard light switch, and a USB charging port are all standard on the Sai 350, which is topped off by a large full-color instrument cluster with two light-sensing display modes, Bluetooth connectivity, and a tire pressure display function.
