2022 Hero Xtreme 160R Launched At A Price Of Rs 1.17 Lakh
Hero has introduced the upgraded Xtreme 160R for the same starting price as the outgoing model, which is Rs. 1.17 lakh. This update includes an exterior pillion grab rail, a redesigned seat, and a gear position indicator (as opposed to recesses under the pillion seat of the outgoing model). The New Hero Xtreme 160R has no mechanical changes.
The same 163cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that powers the Xtreme 160R continues to produce 15 horsepower at 8,500 rpm and 14 Nm of torque at 6,500 rpm. The previous model also retained the tubular diamond frame, telescopic front fork, and preload-adjustable rear monoshock.
The three Xtreme 160R models, Single Disc (Rs 1.17 lakh), Double Disc (Rs1.20 lakh), and Stealth (Rs 1.22 lakh), each have a single-channel ABS system. Its competitors include the Suzuki Gixxer, Yamaha FZ-FI, Bajaj Pulsar N160, and TVS Apache RTR 160 4V.
