Ducati Has Started Operations In It’s Factory In Borgo Panigale, Bologna.
Ducati had previously suspended operations in view of the Covid-19 pandemic. The Government Of Italy has allowed some companies whose primary business is aimed at exports, which are very important for it’s national economy and Ducati is among them.
Only personnel related to manufacturing, shipping, etc. will be allowed to work at the factory and all other personnel such as those in marketing, finance, IT, HR, etc. are required to work from home/ work remotely.
Ducati has also changed the work timings at the factory, now there are two 7hr shifts instead of one 8hr shift. This will allow minimal number of people in the factory to work at a given time. Usage of masks is mandatory among workers.
