2020 Mercedes AMG GLC 43 4MATIC Coupe To Launch In India On November 3
On November 3, 2020, the new GLC 43 4MATIC Coupe Mercedes-AMG is launched. This is the first AMG in India and the Mercedes Chakan plant is manufactured.
The 2020 Mercedes AMG GLC 43 4MATIC Coupe prices would be competitive with local assemblies, which are estimated to be around Rs 20 lakh above GLC 300 and GLC 300d standards. At an estimated Rs 80 lakh ex-showroom price tag, the Mercedes-AMG GLC 43 4MATIC Coupe is due to launch. Referred to in 2017 as an ex-showroom price of Rs 74.8 lakh, the pre-facelift GLC 43 Coupe was introduced. Rs. 83.95 lakh (ex-showroom, India) is the closest rival in the Indian market to the GLC 43: 354hp Porsche Macan S.
The 3.0-liter turbo-petrol V6 engine of the GLC 43 Coupe is fitted with a peak torque of 367hp and 520Nm. Power is now 390hp with the facelift, but torque is similar. The claimed 4.9sec time of 0 to 100kph did not adjust from the previous version; the maximum speed is 250kph.
The power is transmitted through an electronic 9-speed gearbox to every four-wheel and an all-wheel-drive system AMG Performance 4MATIC that has a rear motor-69% of the total power output is rewarded.
Just like the GLC, a regular GLC Coupe lift is the AMG-badged GLC. However, unique changes to the 2020 Mercedes AMG GLC 43 4MATIC Coupe are distinct from AMG, such as the Panamericana grille, the front bumper tweaks, side skirts, the quad pipe exhausts, the rear broadcasting feature, and various alloy wheels (19 to 21 inch).
The interior is also very similar to the GLC Coupe and AMG-Spec 43. Red highlights give a sporty flair to the cabin GLC 43 Coupe, and sports are accentuated by features such as sports seats, flat-bottom steering, and aluminum paddle shifters.
With the new MBUX-software, the dual-screen configuration-a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and a 10.25-inch touchscreen picture-suits standard. Three display formats are available for particular AMG models: classical, sports, and super sports.
Adaptive suspension damping and five drive modes are also available for modifying motor, gearbox, suspension, and control preferences to the fit driver.
