2023 Mahindra Thar 5-door And XUV300 Spied
Another instance of the Mahindra Thar 5-door test mule has been reported. The most recent spy pictures show a test car with a sunroof sitting next to an early XUV300 facelift prototype.
One-pane sunroofs are anticipated for the Thar 5-door and the redesigned XUV300. The latter comes with a roof spoiler and roof rails. Additionally, the front fascia of the vehicle looks to be rectangular with headlamps set into deep valances on either side.
In comparison to the 3-door model, the Thar 5-door will have a longer wheelbase and be built on a ladder-frame chassis. According to Rajesh Jejurikar, Executive Director & CEO of Mahindra, the debut of the Thar 5-door is still a ways off.
The redesigned XUV300 will compete against the incoming Tata Nexon and Kia Sonet, both of which are scheduled to undergo a significant makeover. The 1.2-liter turbo-petrol and 1.5-liter diesel engines in the SUV will remain the same.
