Indian Motorcycle is offering a huge discount of around Rs 4 Lakh on the FTR 1200 S. It is the only ‘Flat-Tracker’ motorcycle on sale in India.
The FTR range was Indian Motorcycle’s first entry into the ‘Flat-Tracker’ segment. The sole purpose of the range was to push out motorcycles that could go around flat tracks like no other motorcycle before. The motorcycles we now see are based on the FTR 750.
The Indian FTR 1200 S is powered by a 1,203 cc, Liquid-Cooled, V-Twin engine capable of pushing out 120 hp of power and 120 Nm of torque. The engine is coupled with a 6-Speed gearbox and a Slip and Assist Clutch (Slipper Clutch).
The Indian FTR 1200 S comes with features such as a 4.3 inch LCD Touchscreen which is Bluetooth enabled, 3 riding modes: Rain, Sport and Standard, full LED headlight, fully adjustable front and rear suspension, a six-axis IMU for lean-sensitive stability control, wheelie control, traction control and ABS.
The Indian FTR 1200 S is being offered in three colour schemes: Titanium Metallic over Thunder Black Pearl, Indian Motorcycle Red over Steel Gray and Race-Replica. The Race-Replica is a special edition offering in which the motorcycle gets a paint job inspired by their race flat-trackers and a new Akrapovič exhaust.
The motorcycle has received a huge price cut and is now being offered at Rs 16.30 Lakhs instead of the previous Rs 20.15 Lakhs.
