Mercedes AMG GLC 43 4MATIC Coupe Launched

In India, for Rs, 76.70 lakh in price the Mercedes AMG GLC 43 4MATIC Coupe facial elevator (ex-showroom, India), has been started. It is the first AMG in the Mercedes ‘Chakan’ plant to be assembled locally. This is the 10th launch this year for Mercedes-Benz India.

Rs 14 lakh more than regular GLC 300 cut and Rs 13 lakh more than the GLC 300d coupe cost the locally-assembled GLC 43 coupe.

The local assembly has made a major contribution to keeping rates in check. For example, Rs 74.8 lakh (ex-showroom India) was awarded to the GLC 43 Coupe preface lift launched in 2017.

The revised GLC 43 Coupe is very much like the GLC Coupe standard. The GLC 43 Coupé can be differentiated from the regular GLC through a range of AMG-specific modifications-including Pan-American grille, modified front bumper, side skirts, quad-exhaust components, rear diffusion feature, and 20-inch alloy wheels.

While just like the regular model, a few sporting improvements are made to the Mercedes-AMG GLC 43 Coupé cabin, which underlines the AMG credentials. The sports appeal of the cockpit is accentuated by red marks, sports seats, an all-round steering wheel, and aluminum paddle shifters.

Dual-screen installation, 12.3 “digital tool cluster, and 10.25” MBUX touch-screen infotainment with a Burmester audio system, with three AMG-specific screen types available: Classic, Sport, and Supersport.

Once the Mercedes AMG GLC 43 4MATIC Coupe has been upgraded it has 3.0 liter, 390hp, and 520Nm of top torque turbo-petrol engines. V6 engine. Power is up by 23hp from the GLC pre-facelift that produces the same motor configuration with 367hp and 520Nm peak torque.

 

Mercedes AMG GLC 43 4MATIC CoupePower is shipped to all four wheels via an electronic 9-speed gearbox and a rear setup AMG Performance 4MATIC full-wheel drive system — 69% of the total production of the GLC 43 is rear-speeded.

Five drive modes are also available that can be used to change the motor, transmission, path, and suspension of the vehicle, along with adjustable damping.
In India, Rs 83.95 lakh (ex-showroom, India) is the nearest competitor of the GLC 43 Coupe, the 354-hp Porsche Macan S. At this price point, a substantial Rs 7.25 lakh margin is lowered in the Mercedes-AMG GLC 43 Coupe.
