2022 Kawasaki Versys 650 And H2 SX SE Revealed At EICMA
At the 2021 EICMA motor show, Kawasaki has showcased a range of products, including the 2022 Kawasaki Versys 650 And H2 SX SE .
2022 Kawasaki Versys 650
The Kawasaki Versys 650 for the model year 2022 (MY22) sports a redesigned ‘face’ with dual LED headlights and a new 4-way adjustable flyscreen, as well as a sharper fairing.
Colors (Candy Lime Green and Metallic Spark Black are new for the 2022 Versys 650), graphics, and the 4.3-inch TFT display with smartphone connection are also new for the Versys 650.
While the middleweight tourer’s technical configuration remains the same, with a 649cc parallel-twin motor producing 66 PS and 61 Nm, it now includes switchable traction control (with two levels).
The 2022 Kawasaki Versys 650 is expected to be released in India in the first quarter of 2021, with a reduced asking price. The Versys 650 2021 is now priced at Rs. 7.15 lakhs (ex-showroom).
2022 Kawasaki H2 SX SE
The Japanese brand’s redesigned MY22 H2 SX SE has received a style upgrade, among other things.
The touring machine(!) clearly has a reworked front fairing, new LED headlight, aero-optimized mirrors, and more comfortable seating, as well as a 6.5-inch TFT instrument display with smartphone compatibility.
The Bosch 10.3ME IMU, Showa electronic suspension (updated), a Brembo front brake master cylinder, vehicle hold assist, keyless go, TPMS, and other features are also new on the bike.
However, the most significant difference between the 2021 and 2022 H2 SX SE is the addition of radar-based Advanced Rider Assistance Systems (ARAS), which includes adaptive cruise control (3 settings), front collision warning (3 levels), and blind-spot recognition.
While the supercharged 999cc 4-cylinder engine continues to generate 200 HP, it has received a changed cam timing, a new exhaust system, and other refinements.
The 2022 Kawasaki Versys 650 And H2 SX SE is expected to arrive in India sometime next year. Only a limited number of motorcycles, which will be sold at a premium, are expected to be accessible in the United States.
