2022 MG Hector To Launched The Year End: Features Revealed
By the end of this year, Indian consumers will be able to purchase the facelifted Hector SUV from British automaker MG Motor. Its costs will increase by as much as Rs. 3 lakh.
The car will receive a new outside look and a renovated interior with modern technology.
It will still be powered by gasoline, diesel, and mild hybrid engines under the hood.
A broad air vent, a silvered skid plate, LED headlights with DRLs, and a chrome-encircled grille will all be present on the 2022 MG Hector.
It will have roof rails, black B-pillars, ORVMs positioned on indicators, flared wheel arches, and 18-inch alloy wheels on the sides.
The SUV’s rear end will have LED taillights, a window wiper, and a spoiler.
The 2022 MG Hector is expected to be powered by a 1.5-liter turbo-petrol engine (141 hp/250 Nm), a 1.5-liter petrol-hybrid powertrain, and a 2.0-liter turbo-diesel engine (168 hp/350 Nm). A 6-speed manual or CVT gearbox should be used for the transmission.
The new five-seater interior of the MG Hector will feature a sunroof, automatic climate control, USB ports, keyless entry, and a multifunctional steering wheel.
It will have a touchscreen infotainment system with a 14.0-inch display and compatibility with the newest connectivity features.
Six airbags, ABS, a rear-view camera, EBD, and ADAS features will protect the passengers.
The 2022 MG Hector’s pricing and availability information will be made public at the time of its debut. However, it would reportedly cost Rs 2.5–3 lakh more than the current model, which is priced between Rs 14.15–20.11 lakh (ex-showroom).
