2023 Hyundai Verna Spied-Can Possibly Get ADAS Features

Hyundai is getting ready to release the sixth generation 2023 Verna, and this time, it was spotted testing, showing some design elements. It will adopt previous Hyundai models’ characteristics and the new “Sensual Sportiness” design language of the Korean manufacturer.

The largest change is that the C segment sedan may now have ADAS features, as Hyundai recently announced plans to start including the safety measures in all of its premium models starting with the Verna.

The test mule sports brand-new, most likely diamond-cut, dual-tone alloy wheels with crisscross patterns. They’re probably 16-inch wheels with 205-section tyres. The current one’s silhouette, in contrast to the other incarnations, resembles a traditional sedan with an extended boot and hood.

It also has a slightly lowered profile for better handling at high speeds. A unique shark-fin antenna completes the rear sloping roof, while the blackened B pillar gives the flanks of the vehicle a dynamic appearance.

A trapezoidal grille with what Hyundai refers it as “a jewel pattern” mesh could be added to the front. The business may also decide to use connected tail lamps at the rear in keeping with the “Sensual Sportiness” design philosophy.

On the automobile, which will be stuffed to the gills with goodies, anticipate all-around LED lighting. The package may include ventilated seats, a wireless charger, remote-connected technology, ambient light and sound, rain-sensing wipers, wireless Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto.

Hyundai will probably introduce the vehicle, which has the codename BN7, to international markets later this year, while the Indian market would likely get it first.

It looks nothing like the fifth-generation facelifted Verna that is now being sold in India. For a meaner appearance, the rear has huge tail lamps housed in separate housings. The same 1.5-liter petrol and 1.5-liter turbo-diesel engines are anticipated to be used in the new model, but CNG and mild hybrid technologies will be included. There is currently no information available on a hybrid vehicle.

Both engines are anticipated to have the same selection of manual and automatic gearboxes. The 2023 Hyundai Verna will compete with the Skoda Slavia, Honda City, Suzuki Ciaz, and Volkswagen Virtus when it is introduced in India.
