2023 Mercedes GLC Gets A Cabin Similar To 2022 C-Class
The interior of the 2023 Mercedes GLC has been spotted, and it appears remarkably similar to that of the new C-Class.
A fully digital instrument display spanning 12.3 inches across is mounted behind a new beefy multifunctional steering wheel.
The big infotainment touchscreen is the other conspicuous piece of equipment on the dashboard. The touchscreen in the new C-Class is 11.9 inches wide and supports the latest MBUX system. The unit appears to have been carried over to the GLC in 2023.
The interior of the recently spotted 2023 Mercedes GLC is largely hidden due to the German brand’s use of black material to cover the cabin, including the door panels.
The GLC will have a similar profile to the present model on the outside but will look more modern thanks to Mercedes’ new design language. When compared to its predecessor, the premium SUV appears to have expanded a little.
The 2023 GLC will likely have the same Modular Rear Architecture as the new C-Class, which has 1.5-liter turbo-petrol, 2.0-litre turbo-petrol PHEV, and diesel engine options.
All engines will be paired with a 9-speed automatic transmission and an integrated starter-generator (ISG) that will give a temporary power boost. Even high-performance vehicles will be petrol hybrids with four cylinders.
The next-generation Mercedes GLC is expected to make its first public appearance in 2022, with European sales beginning in 2023. In addition, a redesigned GLC Coupe will be available.
The latest generation GLC luxury crossover will, of course, be marketed in India at some point in the future.
