2023 Yamaha Aerox 155 Scooter Launched In India At Rs 1.43 Lakhs
The 2023 Aerox 155 bike will be released by Yamaha Motor India with a number of improvements. The cost of the new scooter is Rs. 1,42,800. (ex-showroom, Delhi). It is now offered for sale in four different paint jobs: Metallic Silver, Metallic Black, Racing Blue, and Grey Vermillion.
The scooter’s exterior design has not changed; it still has the same bodywork and other exterior design elements that give it a sporty appearance. The new silver paint scheme, which combines silver paint with black accents and golden-colored stickers, is the only cosmetic improvement. Also, the scooter has alloy wheels that are golden in color, giving it a more commanding appearance.
The Aerox has also been modified to comply with OBD2 standards, as seen on other Yamaha two-wheelers, although the remainder of the powertrain specifications remains the same. It still boasts the same 155cc liquid-cooled VVA engine (Variable Valve Actuation). Like before, this engine produces 13.9Nm of torque and 15bhp of power at 8,000 rpm. and has a CVT gearbox attached.
The usage of a standard Traction Control System, which has been introduced to the scooter to make the rider safer, is one of the most significant changes.
Other important features, including ABS, side-stand engine cut-off, automated start-stop, smart motor generator, and digital instrument console with smartphone connectivity, continue to be featured as standard. Moreover, there have been no upgrades made to the scooter’s braking and suspension kit.
