BMW X1 sdrive18i M-Sport Launched In India
BMW recently launched the next generation X1 in the Indian market. BMW has now introduced the M-Sport edition of the X1 SUV, which is priced at Rs.48.90 Lakhs ex-showroom. The new M-Sport model will appeal to those looking for a sporty crossover.
Customers can reserve their preferred X1 SUV variant either at the showroom or online. The X1 M-Sport will be delivered beginning in June 2023.
BMW vehicles are recognised for their commanding presence on the road, and the X1 is no exception. The large kidney grille and sleek adaptive LED headlights and taillights are the external hallmarks of the BMW X1 M-Sport.
The SUV’s side profile is extended, with sturdy square wheel arches and roof rails. The M-Sport model includes M-Sport bumpers, M-Sport Aluminium inserts, and 18-inch M-light twin-spoke wheels.
The inside of the BMW X1 sdrive18i M-Sport has been updated using premium and technological materials. The Infotainment screen on the dashboard is a curved display with eye-catching visuals, modern colours, and textures. The digital instrument cluster panel, ornamental strips, and ambient lighting further enhance the cabin.
The floating armrest with storage improves ergonomics and adds to the quality feel. Furthermore, the infotainment system is linked to a 12-speaker Harman Kardon Sound system, which ensures exceptional sound quality. The M-Sport has an M Leather steering wheel and steel pedal covers, as well as Individual Roof Lining and Trim with an Aluminium Mesh look.
The BMW X1 is offered with two BS6 phase-2 RDE-compliant engines. The 1.5L 3-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine in the 18i version produces 134hp and 230nm of torque. The 18d model has a 2.0L 4-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine that produces 147hp and 360nm of torque. A 7-Speed Dual-Clutch Transmission sends power to the front wheels.
