BMW X3 M40i Launched At A Price Of Rs. 86.50 Lakhs
The BMW X3 M40i was introduced in India for Rs. 86.50 lakhs (ex-showroom). This is the mid-size SUV’s performance variant, which includes sporty aesthetic and interior components as well as a powerful engine.
The X3 M40i will be brought directly to India as a completely constructed unit (CBU) and will be offered in limited quantities.
It has a characteristic M double grille in high-gloss black with an M logo, as well as adaptive LED headlights with Matrix technology. Other prominent features include M exterior mirrors in high-gloss black for enhanced aerodynamics, black chrome tailpipes, 20-inch M light alloy wheels, and M Sport brakes with red calipers.
It has Carbon Fibre interior trim finishers as well as an M leather steering wheel with contrast stitching in M hues. Electrical seat adjustment with memory function, an exterior mirror package, and M seat belts are included in the interior. It also has a panoramic glass canopy, a Welcome Light Carpet, dimmable ambient lighting, and electroplated controls.
The M TwinPower Turbo 3.0-litre in-line 6 engine in the BMW X3 M40i produces 360 HP and 500 Nm torque. The automobile can go from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.9 seconds and max out at 250 km/h. This engine is coupled to an 8-speed Steptronic sport automatic gearbox.
It also includes BMW’s xDrive all-wheel drive system, which improves traction, agility, and vehicle stability. It includes a M Sport differential, which increases handling and traction by sending power to individual wheels automatically.
BMW Live Cockpit Professional with OS 7.0, a 12.3-inch instrument cluster, BMW Gesture Control, Head-Up Display, wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, inductive wireless charging, Parking Assistant Plus with a 360-degree camera, and a Harman Kardon Surround Sound system are among the features.
Safety features include 6 airbags, an Antilock Braking System (ABS) with brake assist, Dynamic Stability Control (DSC), Cornering Brake Control (CBC), and more.
