Bajaj Auto has finally launched the BS6 model of the Platina 100, pricing starts from Rs 47,763 for the kick start variant and Rs 55,546 for the electric start variant.
With the BS6 update, the Bajaj Platina 100 now gets a fuel-injected 102 cc engine capable of producing 7.7 bhp of power and 8.34 Nm of torque. All of this is coupled to a 4-Speed gearbox.
The BS6 Bajaj Platina 100 comes with a new technology known as “Comfortec”. This technology enables the motorcycle to have a better suspension that can absorb shocks better and softer seats for a more comfortable ride.
Visually, the motorcycle comes with a few new changes such as a tinted windscreen, new rib-pattern seats and the LED DRLs have been moved a bit lower and closer to the headlight. The BS6 Bajaj Platina 100 is being offered in two colour options: Black and Red.
