Bajaj has been busy updating their motorcycle lineup to make them BS6 compliant. The Pulsar 180F has received the new update too, visually there have been no changes to the bike and it still has the Smoked Twin-Projector headlamps surrounded by a quarter fairing and a muscular tank.
Mechanically the bike has received some minor changes, the engine is the same air-cooled 178cc engine but, it now includes a bigger catalytic converter and has fuel injection. The power and torque figures remain unchanged at 17 bhp and 14.2 Nm. The fuel injection has made the throttle response crisper than before.
In the braking and suspension department there are no changes and it still comes with disc brakes at both ends with single-channel ABS and has telescopic suspension in the front and twin-shock absorbers at the back.
The BS6 Pulsar 180F comes in the same colors as before- Black Red and Neon Orange. The bike is now costlier by Rs 11,000 and brings up it’s price to Rs 1,07,315 (ex-showroom).
