BS6 Benelli TRK 502X Launched, At INR 5.2 Lakh
The BS6 Benelli TRK 502X has launched at a price of Rs. 5.2 lakh (ex-showroom, India.) The offroad TRK 502X unveiled back in January, is INR 40.000 more expensive than its road-based sibling, the TRK 502.
The ADV is also available in the Pure White & Benelli Red color scheme is priced at Rs 5.3 lakh which is Rs 10000 more expensive.
As with the TRK 502X, apart from the new emission standard engine, the BS6 model has received several significant changes.
Any of the changes offered by the latest TRK 502X and shared by its sibling were revised instrument clusters, new gatekeepers, a textured rear mirror finish, and a body-colored front mudguard. An instrument cluster is a digital-analog unit that uses the same configuration, but the analog and small digital screens are now backlighted.
The switches are now new and are much higher than those on the previous model and are now backlit.
The BS6 TRK 502X has a power supply that is identical to 499.6 cc, liquid-cooled, parallel-twin motor, and peak output values at 47.5hp at 8.500rpm and 46Nm at 6.000rpm.
The prices for TRK 502X begin at Rs 5.2 lakh, as already mentioned (ex-showroom). Country-wide dealers accept reservations for Rs 10,000 and deliveries have already started. A guarantee of 3 years/unlimited kilometers is given to the TRK.
The Kawasaki Versys 650 (RS 6.79 lakh), the Suzuki V-Strom 650XT (Rs 8.84 lakh), and even the newly introduced Honda CB 500X are considerably more competitive than their most immediate opponents at the price point of the TRK 502X (Rs 6.87 lakh).
