Kawasaki India has launched the new and updated Versys 1000 which is now BS6 compliant. It has been priced at Rs 10.9 Lakhs.
The new Kawasaki Versys 1000 now comes with a BS6 compliant, Liquid Cooled, 1043 cc, DOHC, Fuel-Injected engine which is capable of producing 120 PS of power and 102 NM of torque. All of this is coupled to a 6-Speed gearbox and a Slipper Clutch.
Other than that, the BS6 Kawasaki Versys 1000 comes with the same features as before such as Twin-LED headlamps, Adjustable Windscreen, Semi-Digital Instrument Cluster with options to control many electronic functions such as KTRC (Kawasaki Traction Control), KCMF ( Kawasaki Cornering Management Function) and KIBS (Kawasaki Intelligent Anti-Lock Brake System).
The BS6 Kawasaki Versys 1000 is being offered in two colour options: Candy Lime Green/ Metallic Spark Black and Pearl Stardust White/ Metallic Spark Black.
The motorcycle is now costlier by Rs 10,000 and now comes in at Rs 10,99,000 (ex-showroom).
