Porsche Panamera Platinum Edition Launched, Price Starts From Rs. 1.71 Crore
In India, Porsche has released the Panamera Platinum Edition, which starts at Rs. 1.71 crore (ex-showroom). According to Porsche, this new model combines glossy gloss platinum aesthetic characteristics with a longer number of standard amenities.
The “Porsche” lettering, air outlet trims, the model indication, and the 21-inch ‘Exclusive Design’ sport wheels all have platinum embellishments in a satin finish on the outside of the Panamera Platinum Edition.
On the outside, the window moldings and tailpipes are coated in high-gloss black, while the interior boasts black brushed aluminum décor and door sill guards with “Platinum Edition” engraved on them.
LED matrix headlights with Porsche Dynamic Light System Plus (PDLS Plus), adaptive air suspension with Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM), BOSE Surround Sound System, 14-way electrically adjustable comfort seats, and more are included as standard equipment.
In India, the Panamera is offered in normal, GTS, Turbo S, and Turbo S E-Hybrid trim levels, however, the Platinum Edition will only be available in base and top trim levels.
A 2.9-liter V6 bi-turbo engine produces 330 PS and 450 Nm in the basic variant.
The Turbo S E-Hybrid, on the other hand, has a 4.0-liter bi-turbo V8 engine that produces 700 PS and 870 Nm when combined with an electric motor.
Customers who are willing to pay more than the base Porsche Panamera Platinum Edition price tag can customize the car to their liking with an 8-speed PDK.
