Renault Kiger India Launch Confirmed On February 15, 2021
Renault India has started the production of the Renault Kiger and is being supplied to the dealers. The latest Renault Kiger SUV to be launched on February 15, 2021, in India.
After a long time, Renault’s compact SUV sector will inevitably join the continuously rising SUV segment with the Kiger. The compact SUV from Renault will be showing rivals not just from the big Indian markers, but also the Nissan Magnate’s sister brand.
The engines have a 1.0 liters naturally aspired petrol and 1.0 liters of turbo-petrol, while the former one comes with either a 5-speed manual or an AMT-Automatic transmission unit and, the latter, a more powerful 1.0 liter turbo-petrol The Magnite, by comparison, does not have an AMT gearbox and its 1.0-liter natural aspirated engine is only possible with a 5-speed manual transmission.
Renault’s sister company Nissan has helped to attract more customers to its outlets by its price(Rs 4.99 lakh) and we also think that the Kiger will be one of this price segment.
Other compact SUVs such as the Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet, Mahindra XUV300, Tata Nexon, Ford Eco Sport, Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza, and Toyota Urban Cruiser will be undermined in addition to the Magnite.
