Volkswagen Polo And Vento Matte Editions Launched
Launching matte editions appears to be the latest trend in the automotive business. The Kia Seltos X-Line was the start, followed by the Skoda Rapid matte edition. Volkswagen has now joined the trend by releasing matte editions of the Polo and Vento.
Carbon Steel Grey Matte is the finish on the Volkswagen Polo And Vento Matte Editions. Gloss black ORVMs and door handles are among the other improvements. The rest of the outward characteristics, including the 16-inch alloy wheels, are identical on both cars. The interiors are also unchanged, with no modifications to the color scheme or upholstery, unlike the Rapid Matte version, which has a slew of changes on the inside.
Volkswagen hasn’t said whether this new model, like the Rapid matte edition, would be offered in limited quantities. The Polo matte edition is available in the GT trim level and costs Rs. 9.99 lakh. The Vento matte edition comes in two versions: Highline AT and Highline Plus AT, with prices starting at Rs. 11.94 lakh and Rs. 13.34 lakh, respectively.
The Volkswagen Polo And Vento Matte Editions TSI AT are powered by a 1.0-liter 3-cylinder TSI engine that produces 107 horsepower and 175 pound-feet of torque. A six-speed automatic transmission is paired with this engine. The Polo GT TSI accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 9.66 seconds. Despite the fact that the vehicles are almost a decade old, VW has managed to incorporate some cutting-edge technology such as a Digital Infotainment System with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, steering-mounted controls, Bluetooth connectivity, and cruise control. Although ABS, dual airbags, vehicle stability control, and ISOFIX child seat mounts are all standard safety features, 360-degree cameras, Hill-start Assist, and traction control are not.
Despite the fact that the twins aren’t spanking new, Volkswagen has maintained them up to date. However, they lack current features like wireless charging, a digital instrument cluster, rear AC vents, and a rear armrest with cup holders and a phone holder.
