The face of the new S-Class –codenamed W223 has many similarities with the E-class Facelift that was revealed in March. With the sleeker headlamps and a large, chrome-heavy grille with three horizontal blades providing a different design for the front bumper it reveals the similarities it has with the updated E-class.

Giving an all-new look to its interior and minimal use of buttons on the dashboard, the 2021 Mercedes S-Class looks futuristic from the inside, with no similarities with its predecessor. With a giant touchscreen of not less than 16-inches which offers the latest MBUX infotainment system, it’s ready to rule the latest version of Mercedes.

Right behind the digital instrument panel, there is a large binnacle that likely accommodates the hardware for driver-assist systems. Other highlights include eight AC vents- The top of the dash gets 4 horizontally stacked AC vents while there are 2 vertical stacked vents on either end of the dash.

Mercedes will offer a variety of powertrain options including petrol, diesel, mid-hybrid, and plug-in hybrid engines with the new S.

It will play its game against Audi A8 and BMW7-Series.
