BMW M340i To Launch On March 10 – Expected Price INR 50 Lakh
With a new performance-oriented M340i model, BMW is extending its line-up for the 3 series in India, which will be launched on March 10. It is the first M Performance car in India to be manufactured locally.
As for the main highlights, the M340i comes with a 3-liter double-turbo engine and a more sporty 3-series version of the sedan.
The BMW M340i will showcase a sliding roofline and sculpted cap, kidney grid signature, body-color bumpers, as well as a large air dam.
On the sides, power changing ORVMs, designers’ alloy wheels, and blackout B-pillars are flanked by the sedan. The rear portion gets wraparound lights and twin exhausts.
The BMW M340i is powered by a 3.0 liter twin-turbo petrol engine with a six-cylinder power supply, with a maximum output of 374hp and a maximum torque of 500Nm.
The BMW M340i provides a luxurious cabin that includes a double-tone dashboard, automatic 3-zone climate control, ambient lighting, control windows, and front and rear parking sensors.
It will also pack the BMW iDrive system, voice commands and gesture control for the digital instrument cluster, and a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system.
Safety features include a parking camera and multiple airbags.
The official pricing and other details will be provided on the date of launch (10 March) but is expected to cost around INR 50 Lakh( Ex-showroom).
