BMW R nineT And R18 100-year Edition Launched At A Price Of Rs 24 Lakh

With prices of 24 lakhs and 25.90 lakhs ex-showroom, respectively, BMW Motorrad India has introduced the 100-year edition editions of the R nineT and R 18 bikes in India. Buyers may now make reservations for these motorcycles at BMW Motorrad India shops.

The BMW R nineT Roadster and the R 18 Cruiser with the huge boxer engine are two of the Historic experience world’s leading lights, and BMW Motorrad is commemorating its 100th anniversary by releasing 100-year edition vehicles of both. Both of the 100-year edition models are only available in 1923 units due to the fact that the BMW Motorrad was founded that year.

It required a combination of 100 years of motorcycle technical expertise and constant, unwavering devotion to the boxer engine. And the impressive construction of the BMW Motorrad structures the R nineT’s minimalist design language. The BMW R nineT features a traditional roadster style that expertly sets the stage with a small tank and an upright riding position in addition to premium materials and eye-catching design details.

The chrome surfaces with copper and nickel content paired with the paint finish are one of the BMW Motorrad 100-year edition’s standout features. Additional features like the chrome-plated tank sides and side covers, the tank’s black and chrome and white lining paint scheme, the knee pads, the 100-year moniker, the black front wheel cover with white double lining, the dual tone seat bench, the black fork tubes, the black air intake snorkel, the fashionable 17-inch Classic Wheels, and the optional 719 components enhance the bike’s beauty.

Numerous electronic features, including a revolution counter, dynamic brake light, adjustable handbrake and clutch lever, chrome-plated header, electronic indicator, on-board computer, LED taillight, LED headlight, USB charging interface, immobiliser, comfort turn indicator, LED flashing turn indicators, are offered by the BMW Motorrad. Handlebar fittings, gearshift and foot brake levers, handlebar clamps, handlebar weights, mirrors, brake master cylinders, brake callipers, engine casing cover, cylinder head covers, and intake manifold trims are some examples of the high-quality galvanised components. A chrome-plated header and chrome Akrapovi rear silencers with tailpipe trim that is perforated in the “propeller style” of the BMW brand insignia are further highlights of the R 18.
