Ducati Panigale V4 SP Launched At INR 36.07 Lakhs
Ducati has released the Panigale V4 SP in India today at a price of Rs. 36.07 lakhs (ex-showroom). It is exclusively available in the “Winter Test” livery, which is inspired by Ducati Corse bikes used in pre-season MotoGP and SBK testing.
The superbike is outfitted with a carbon front mudguard, carbon-fibre winglets, adjustable billet aluminium footpegs with carbon heel protectors, Marchesini forged magnesium wheels, and a 5-inch instrument display and an electronic suspension system comprised of an Ohlins NIX-30 inverted front fork, an Ohlins TTX36 rear shock absorber, and a steering damper.
To justify its exorbitant price, the Ducati Panigale V4 SP also has a slew of electrical features based on the 6-axis Bosch IMU, such as cornering ABS, traction control, slide control, wheelie control, engine brake control, and power launch.
Furthermore, the user may select between several riding modes, as well as two distinct track mappings (Race A and Race B), and the motorbike comes with a data analyzer kit with a GPS module.
The engine is a 1103cc V4 that produces 214 HP at 13,000 RPM and 124 Nm of torque at 9500 RPM. The engine has a dry clutch and is mated to a 6-speed transmission with a bi-directional quick shifter.
Stopping power is provided by dual 330 mm front discs held by Brembo Stylema callipers and a 245 mm rear disc with a 2-piston calliper, as well as a Brembo front brake pump with remote adjustment.
Along with the Ducati Panigale V4 SP, Ducati will supply accessories that can only be utilised on a circuit. These include the previously mentioned data analyzer, a carbon clutch cover, and mirror and licence plate holder hole plugs.
