Hero Destini 125 XTEC Launched At INR 79,990
The Hero Destini 125 XTEC is the latest addition to Hero’s feature-rich XTEC lineup. This version of the 125cc scooter is priced at Rs 79,990 (ex-showroom, Delhi), and it comes with an LED headlamp and Bluetooth connection. Despite the inclusion of connection options, the scooter’s instrument cluster remains semi-digital and appears identical to the original version.
Unlike the normal Destini 125, which comes with LED position lighting and a halogen headlight, this XTEC model comes with LED technology for both. The XTEC’s rear grab rail is also different, and it comes with a pillion backrest as standard, while the lesser models don’t.
Despite the inclusion of these new features, the Destini retains drum brakes on both ends and lacks a front disc brake. The powertrain remains unchanged, with the XTEC variation employing the same 9.1hp, 10.4Nm, 124.6cc single-cylinder engine as the less expensive models.
Bluetooth connection is available on the Destini XTEC, as well as the Hero Glamour XTEC and Pleasure Plus XTEC. It is also available on the Xtreme 200S and Xpulse models.
