Hero Maestro Edge 110 BS6 Price Starts From Rs 60,950
The BS6-compliant Hero Maestro Edge 110 was added to the company’s website last week but it did not disclose the pricing of the scooter. Now, the information has been updated to the website and the prices of the Maestro Edge 110 start at Rs 60,950 The scooter also comes in an alloy wheel version that will cost you Rs 62,450 (ex-showroom, Delhi).
The Maestro Edge 110 shares its BS6 Pleasure Plus engine. The revised scooter now uses fuel-injection and produces 8.16hp and 8.75Nm, almost similar to the figures produced by the carburetor-fed BS4 model.
Another shift occurs in the updated decals form. Now the bold color scheme consists of a broad decal ‘Edge’ and several stripes. The 110 also features another exhaust muffler that looks the same as the one used on the BS6 Maestro Edge 125. These improvements have also led to an increase in the kerb weight from 2 kg to 112 kg.
A telescopic fork and a single shock absorber at the rear manage suspension. Although the scooter does get a front-wheel of 12 inches, the rear remains a 10-inch machine. The bike does, however, seem to be usable at both ends only with drum brakes. The BS6 Maestro Edge 110 comes with an undersaturated light and USB port, an external fuel filler cap, and a side stands indicator for the applications.
The Hero Maestro Edge 110 is more accessible than its rivals with prices starting at Rs 60,950-the Honda Activa 6 G (starts at Rs 65,419) and the TVS Jupiter (starts at Rs 63,552).
