Hyundai Grand i10 Nios Asta CNG Launched, Price Starts From INR 8.45 Lakhs
Grand i10 Nios Asta CNG from Hyundai has been quietly released with an MSRP of Rs. 8.45 lakhs (ex-showroom). The brand-new CNG model is more expensive than the 1.2-liter Asta Manual variant by Rs. 92,000.
CNG was previously only offered on the Magna and Sportz grades. They cost, respectively, Rs. 7,16,100 and Rs. 7,69,800 (ex-showroom), which is roughly a lakh more than their respective petrol-only equivalents.
The Hyundai Grand i10 Nios Asta CNG trim receives the same features as the standard petrol manual Asta trim in terms of features. Projector headlights, 15-inch alloy wheels with diamond cuts, a chrome garnish on the back, and a rear washer/wiper are some of them.
Other features include roof rails, blacked-out pillars, shark fin antenna, and ORVMs with electric fold and integrated turn indicators.
On the inside, the car has an 8-inch infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, adjustable headrests in the back seats, and a push-button smart key, wireless charging, a USB outlet, and a cooled glove box.
The regular Asta’s features are still present, but there are various upgrades as well. Similar to what was done to the Sportz CNG model, the 5.3-inch console has been reduced to a smaller 2.8-inch unit. Additionally, the boot lamp has been ignored.
The 1.2-liter NA petrol engine, which generates 68 HP and 95.2 Nm and is paired with a 5-speed manual transmission, provides the power. The engine’s output is 14 HP and 19 Nm less than it was in the standard petrol models.
