Kia Sonet X Line Edition Coming Soon

In a short amount of time, Kia has become quite well-liked in the Indian market. The carmaker is returning with the brand-new Kia Sonet X Line following the success of the Kia Seltos X Line. Recently, Kia Motors released a teaser for the class B SUV Sonet’s X Line version.

Kia Sonet X Line

This Kia Sonet X line edition is anticipated to include a tonne of more amenities and a few cosmic alterations. The present top-spec Sonet GTX model will be replaced by the X Line variant. The Seltos X Line was positioned above its top-of-the-line counterpart in a similar manner. We may anticipate the Sonet X Line variation to follow in the footsteps of the Seltos X Line, which underwent several dramatic alterations to become more fashionable and edgy. The N Line of Hyundai is comparable to the Kia X Line.

Kia Sonet X Line

According to the teaser, Sonet X Line will have the color Matte Graphite. The ORVMs on the Kia, in contrast, has a glossy black appearance due to the matte bodywork. There are also faux skid plates with a piano black finish in the design. Classy black chrome, which has taken the place of the present Sonet line-Bling up’s chrome, is another external update.

Red components on the bumper, wheels, grille and other areas are also anticipated, just like Seltos X Line. The Sonet X Line’s interior will be equipped with the same modern technology as the model’s current top-of-the-line GTX PLus. Although it is anticipated that the inside would have a similar dark, smoky look to the Seltos X Line. Leather seats are also anticipated for the inside.

Kia Sonet X Line

Two engine options will handle the Sonet X Line’s powertrain: a 1.5L diesel with a 6-speed automatic torque converter and a 1.0L turbocharged gasoline engine with a 7-speed DCT. The X Line editions won’t, however, have access to the manual and iMT options. The Kia Sonet X Line is anticipated to cost between 10,000 and 15,000 more than the GTX Plus trim. When it is released, it will mostly compete with the B segment SUVs Nexon Dark edition and Venue N Line.
