TVS Is preparing to launch a new motorcycle, based On 310 cc platform. We think it might be the Apache 310 Adventure.
Recently some hints were provided by Mr K.N. Radhakrishnan, President, CEO and Additional Whole-Time Director, TVS Motor Company, that a new motorcycle based on the 310 cc platform could be launched in 2021.
The 310 cc platform has been jointly developed by TVS & BMW Motorrad. This platform gave birth to the TVS Apache RR310, BMW G310GS and G310R.
A 3D render has recently been found of the TVS Apache 310 Adventure. This render was made by Achu Ramesh, an Art Director. He has made this to showcase how the TVS Apache 310 Adventure may look like in it’s production form. Some of the key features visible are the dual-purpose tyres, tall windscreen, increased ground clearance, USD front forks with long travel and an Akrapovic exhaust system.
If launched the TVS Apache 310 Adventure will compete against the KTM 390 Adventure and Royal Enfield Himalayan. We recently did a comparison of the BMW G310 GS and the KTM 390 Adventure, and the Apache 310 Adventure should be identical engine and chassis wise.
